DC-Colt

A "starter" plant designed to be portable for quick, easy erection. The decumulating aggregate batcher allows for both rock and sand to be weighed and separately discharged into a truck for accuracy. The unique design allows for future plant expansion with overhead bins and fly-ash silos to be easily added.

The two compartment design allows for quick loading by front-end loader. The loader just keeps the batcher full -- it does not have to accurately load a certain amount of rock and sand.

DC-Colt plants are constructed of 1/4" steel in sloping side of aggregate batcher. The I-beam support frame can support 150 ton bins in the future.
