MAX STEPHENS, CHAIRMAN OF THE CPMB

Max Stephens, CEO Stephens Mfg., is the current Chairman of the CPMB (Concrete Plant Manufacturer's Bureau). The Bureau is a part of the NRMCA (National Ready Mixed Concrete Association), and it is responsible to set up guidlines and capacity ratings for new concrete plants. Each plant will have CPMB rating plates to confirm and guarantee the customer that his/her plant meets all the CPMB criteria.
