Overfill Protection

Description

“Pinch Valve” type system will automatically close off fill lines from accidental overfilling of silos. The system will automatically sound alarm and warn tanker operator of the need to stop unloading. If the tanker operator fails to stop filling the silos the system will automatically close the pinch valve and stop material from entering the silo.

The Stephens complete system includes control box with timer, relay, warning horn, large highlight, electric solenoid, check valve and filter regulator, all mounted on steel panel with protective top. Pinch valve, flanges, gaskets and bolts. Customer must supply high bin level indicator.
